RETURN POLICY:

You may request a return by using the “Help Desk” menu link at the top of the page. You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Hair care, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 15 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.  Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. Export orders are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.  Make your selection carefully

All returns must be shipped using a carrier that provides a tracking number. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received and/or tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.  If your package is returned  marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undelivered”, and you would like to have it re-shipped, new shipping charges will apply.
